Relax Gaming expands in the Nordics with a content supply arrangement with RoyalCasino
After collaborating with Danish online casino operator RoyalCasino.dk, B2B iGaming provider Relax Gaming has established what it hails as another "significant relationship," expanding its foothold in the Nordics.
In accordance with the most recent arrangement, Relax Gaming will provide the platform with a variety of its unique games, including Iron Bank, a slot machine developed with community input, Book of 99, and the immensely popular Money Train 2.
Additional player offerings:
The digital domain of the RoyalCasino Group will also get specially chosen material from Powered by Relax and Silver Bullet partners, including studios like ReelPlay, 4ThePlayer, and Polish online casino software provider, Kalamba Games.
According to Per Petersen, Chief Executive Officer of the RoyalCasino Group, "We have the highest standards and want to offer the best games content at RoyalCasino, so we needed a partner that held similar virtues - Relax Gaming fits that bill."
According to the CEO of Relax Gaming, the company has "a wide variety of high-quality, well-liked games that are going to significantly boost" its player offering and help it become "one of the most well-liked and reputable online casinos in Denmark."
Leader of Denmark:
In Denmark, the Royal Casino Group has more than three decades of expertise running both online and offline casinos. In order to maintain a tightly controlled gaming industry, the operator collaborates closely with Spillemyndigheden, the nation's gambling authority in Scandinavia. The new agreement will considerably improve the high-quality gaming experience offered by the Aarhus-based company's online domain, RoyalCasino.dk, which focuses on "tier-one" content, great customer service, and responsible gambling.
The expansion of Relax Gaming's presence in the European nation comes in the wake of its recent victory for Casino Content Supplier at the EGR Nordics 2021 awards. The creation of a new office in Stockholm, which joins the company's previously established studios in Belgrade and Malmö, as well as a number of business agreements, including those with Spadegaming, Leap Gaming, and Big Time Gaming, to mention a few, reflect the company's long-term aspirations for the "key" Nordics area.
Key area:
Daniel Eskola, Chief Commercial Officer at Relax Gaming, also offered his thoughts on the new alliance in a news release from his organisation.
This is a crucial territory for us, as seen by our recent activities there, and the agreement with RoyalCasino.dk keeps the trend going.
"It's exciting to shake hands on another significant partnership," the speaker said. "They are a respected and prestigious operator."
Takeover of the Kindred Group:
The new partnership follows Kindred Group plc's (KINDSDB:Stockholm) announcement last week that it would purchase the remaining 66.6 percent of Relax Gaming Limited's outstanding shares for an initial cash payment of €80 million ($94.6 million).
According to the Swedish company's official press release from July 2, 2021, it has been a significant investor in the St Julian's-based B2B multi-product provider since 2013 and currently holds a 33.4 percent stake in the business that develops a sizable selection of mobile-friendly online casino, poker, and bingo games.
